They possess the ability to recognize and capitalize on both challenges and opportunities, effectively harnessing their creative potential to address common issues and generate value and positive outcomes for all stakeholders involved. Importantly, they maintain a healthy balance between their professional endeavors and personal wellbeing.

We embrace and promote a comprehensive perspective on wellbeing, encompassing five vital dimensions:

  • Physical and Mental wellbeing: Nurturing both physical and mental wellness, acknowledging the interconnectedness of mind and body.
  • Social wellbeing: Cultivating positive attitude and healthy relationships with others, fostering a sense of belonging and interconnectedness within our social networks. 
  • Intellectual wellbeing: Recognizing knowledge gaps and actively pursuing personal growth by acquiring the necessary knowledge and honing relevant skills.
  • Occupational wellbeing: achieving a harmonious balance in the professional life where igniting passion, leveraging strength, contributing to greater good, while maintaining financial stability. 
  • Financial wellbeing: Establishing clear financial goals and attaining the ability to independently manage personal finances in a healthy and sustainable manner.

Who can be an entrepreneurial leader with wellbeing and WHY it is important?

We are living in a complex and quickly changing environment while there is endless list of social problems need to be solved. Sometimes, the real problem isn’t the problems themselves; it is about leadership and approach to solve them. It is not only the role of neither specific sector nor single approach, but every sector and every individual including the government and civil society can adopt entrepreneurial mindset and approach to develop innovative solutions for all and we believe that entrepreneurial leadership is one of the creative approaches to address social issues sustainably as it can create both social and economic value.

WELL empowers underserved communities including youth and women who have limited opportunities and difficulties to overcome barriers. In addition, we also provide support to different key players and change makers in the society when needed.

Our approach is to facilitate access to:

  • Capacity building of wellbeing entrepreneurial leadership and relevant knowledge and skills.
  • Financial resources and network, where people can start saving, practice credit, and be self-reliant.
  • Spaces to express, where they can voice up their concerns, ideas, and stories.
  • Opportunities to test and launch their ideas for creating impact.
  • Networking, where they can connect and join collective initiatives.
